15-Minute Phone Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions, see if we are a good fit for each other, and schedule your first appointment. 

Virtual Individual Mental Health Counseling

We provide​ 45-50-minute individual counseling sessions to adolescents (ages 13+) and adults via telehealth. Specialty areas include: 

Trauma
Depression
Anxiety
Grief and Loss 

Life Transitions

Session Rates

  • In-network with United/Optum and BCBS PPO/Choice/Preferred. 
  • Out-of-pocket/out-of-network session rate: $150

Virtual Individual Career Coaching

We provide virtual one-hour individual career coaching sessions to adolescents (ages 13+) and adults. Career coaching sessions can occur weekly or on an as-needed basis. Career coaching packages are also available. These sessions can include: 

Private sector resume development and review
Federal resume development and review
Curriculum vitae development and review
LinkedIn profile development
Career assessments
Job search help
Interviewing preparation
Negotiation preparation
Personal statement development and editing
Assistance with choosing a college major and more! 

Session Rates

  • One-hour Career Coaching Session: $75
  • Package (includes four, one-hour career coaching sessions): $275

Clinical Supervision

Dr. Autumn Cabell provides weekly one-hour individual and group supervision to Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in the state of Illinois. 

Session Rates

  • Individual Supervision & Consultation: $50
  • Group Supervision (up to 4 individuals): $25 

Speaking Engagements

Dr. Autumn Cabell has presented on a variety of mental health and career development topics at national, state, and regional conferences.  In addition, Dr. Autumn Cabell has been featured on local news and radio stations and contributed op-eds to national outlets including: USA Today, Visible Magazine, and Ms Magazine. Upon request, she is able to develop in-person or virtual workshops and presentations on a variety of topics related to mental health and career development. Previous presentation topics include:
